- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They never answer their phone, when you leave a message for them to call you it took them two days to call me after me calling every day, and then when I got my son an appointment it took to even get one with them. I have had one be even a month out! When we got there to get his shots they didn't even have all of his shots he needed. They did not tell us ahead of time!
